PRM_GRADE
The grade of the roadway as a percent. The default value is zero percent for all Highway Types. Positive values are up-hill in the direction of increasing station and negative values are down-hill in the direction of increasing stations. The RSAPv3 keyword is "PRM_GRADE." Real numbers between +/-20 are acceptable values.
